Director: Naeem Aslam
With over 28 years of experience in education, Naeem Aslam brings a depth of knowledge and leadership to our organisation. He has spent 12 years as Proprietor and Headteacher of a small independent school, providing a nurturing environment focused on academic excellence and student development, and has successfully led the school through four Ofsted inspections, demonstrating a strong commitment to high standards and compliance. Alongside his leadership role, Naeem has over 12 years’ experience delivering high-quality Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training, supporting the professional growth of educators across a range of settings. His extensive teaching background spans Science, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Religious Education, Geography, and History, reflecting a broad, well-rounded approach to education.
